
At the 1994 Asian Games in Hiroshima, she bagged two gold medals - in the trios and all-events (accumulated score). Her parents once competed for the Federal Territory (Kuala Lumpur) team and now run several bowling centers, where Shalin helps out in her free time. The poised 20-year-old comes from a family of bowlers.
